& Return Policy
Defects in material and workmanship are covered by a one (1) year factory warranty. Batteries, Light Source, and Probe Tip are not covered under this warranty. Warranty will be voided by unauthorized repair, misuse, modification, or accidental damage, neglect or improper use. The warranty becomes effective from the date of original purchase and must present a copy of the original purchase invoice.
For all offline purchases, the purchaser must contact the distributor or reseller whom they purchased the product from. A copy of the original invoice must be presented.
For online purchases directly from www.gemlogis.com, the purchaser is responsible for all handling costs to Gemlogis (Including freight and insurance) for both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Non-warranty repairs may incur additional costs subject to the defect condition.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong Only)
We deliver with EMS. A signature will be required upon delivery for the deliveries. If you are not in at our courier’s first delivery attempt and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your items back and then attempt to delivery on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
Standard: Under 5KG / ETA 2~3 Business days
We deliver with Fedex. A signature will be required upon delivery for both delivery service. If you are not in at our courier’s first delivery attempt and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your items back and then attempt to delivery on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
Standard: Under 5KG / ETA 7~10 Business days
Gemlogis warehouses are currently located in Hong Kong SAR. All domestic and international orders are shipped from Hong Kong for prompt deliveries.
Taxes and Duties
Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. You are advised to contact your local customs office with any queries regarding customs charges. Gemlogis is legally obliged to declare the full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We do not declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Gemlogis does not provide refund of any kind.
In the event of factory defective items, we provide a one-to-one exchange policy. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us in advance by giving your order confirmation number or invoice number, and you must fulfil ALL conditions as follows:

Item must be directly purchased from www.gemlogis.com
Returned in its original condition and shipped back in the original packaging.
Undamaged and in good condition.
Enclosed the original sales receipt (shipping invoice).
Returned via insured parcel post.
Able to be shipped back with tracking information, and will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Shipping costs incurred in all returned shipment are not refundable.
The exchange item will be sent out upon arrival of the returned shipment. (Approx 15~20 day turn-around time)
Most importantly, Gemlogis does not provide a refund/replacement for returned products that do not fulfil warranty terms. We reserve the right on all refund or return decisions. Please refer to the Warranty Terms if you have any questions.
All products are allowed to exchange only once.
